Tim Delgado is one of the top 3 service managers I’ve dealt with living in 10 different states during 30 years of driving. I personally drive 2,000-3,000 miles per month so I’m in their shop often. Trust is the key. I’m highly particular about whom I will allow to wrench on any of my trucks. And I trust Tim, Chris and Mel at Champs to always do what needs to be done but never try to charge more than is necessary. Most important, I’ve never received anything less than top quality mechanical work. I know my family is safe in the vehicles they have worked on.
