Tim at the Peoria location is ALWAYS spot on. He takes his time and listens to what I tell him the problem is. He took my truck, diagnosed it and explained what was wrong and what needed to get done to get it fixed. I did exactly what he told me to do and sure enough, the problem was fixed. Very professional...all the guys there, and they genuinely do care about your vehicle and what the problem is. I won't take my truck anywhere else. Complete trust in these guys. I highly recommend them!!
