First of all, I was extremely happy to see Tim back. he is an asset to the company and an un believable ambassador and representative to customer service there at Champs. As always, took my keys as soon as I walked in there, brought the car in at the scheduled appointment I had made and the guys started the service. Great work and got my car ready for a weekend road trip I had scheduled to take with my wife and daughter. We left on our trip with the peace of mind the car was ready. Very happy and comfortable with both the customer service AND automotive service provided. Won't take our vehicles anywhere else.
